Ultra-Chic 1BR Near Marina & Beach Walk

Delighted to have made a great choice!

Pros: The location is great, very close to the Marina and the beach. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, very comfortable. But best of all was the excellent service from the host. Lots of info beforehand about how to check in, gave me an early check in and was so responsive to any issues e.g the hairdryer didn’t work and amazingly Ethel had a brand new one delivered to the door within 20minutes!!

Cons: Lifts were a bit slow as 1 was out of order during my stay

Pros: The location is great. Highly recommend Asil Restaurant, then walk across to Lockstock for a great night of Music. Cove Beach Club is fantastic 5 mins in a Taxi. Great food and relax in the afternoon /evening. Also easy to get to Boat trips. We took the party boat with xculusive yachts a fantastic evening.

Pros: It was easy to collect the keys because the receptionist is there 24/7. The receptionist checked for the name of our booking and gave us the key to the elevator and the actual flat is locked via a digital lock for which the owner gave us the code. The host was very responsive and even left us a welcome set of snacks and drinks. The flat was very clean, smelled nice, decorated nicely. Towels were fresh and clean. Kitchen had basic things like pots and pans, basic spices. No noise heard in the flat from outside. No noise from motorway. GREAT BLACKOUT BLINDS which was very important for us. Easy to order uber to bottom of building, supermarket 2 mins away. Very friendly host.

Cons: The only improvements the flat could need is to replace the bathtub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink that look old and got little cracks and scratches. It's important to say that everything WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL and clean but could do with a refresh just to look better and more modern. Also the gym is rather limited with equipment which is something to keep in mind for anyone who is intending to exercise. We had to buy a premium membership for a gym in the West Beach on the palm and uber there and back every time.

Pros: l'appartement, suffisamment grand et très bien décoré. Immeuble situé proche de commerces, de restaurants et de la plage publique. Piscine agréable.

Pros: Veľmi pekný, čistý apartmán v Dubaj Marina. Poloha bola perfektná, všetko bolo dostupné peši.

It was a relaxing and pleasant experience for the entire family.

Pros: I rented the property for my family who's here for vacation. I opted for this property as it is a walking distance from Metro and Tram. We really liked the property because it is very clean, very accessible to the beach, shopping mall and restaurants. The owner was very nice and accommodating. My family's whole stay was very good and relaxed.
