Fair value for the price

Pros: Location and price are definitely pros. Landlord and his team were very helpful and kind to arrange special requests of the guests too. They have also advised us that this property will undergo some fixes and maintenance and some furniture pieces will be changed, so for the future stays guests will get more comfort.

Cons: This property has a fair value for its price in the area. There are few comments but it was all noted by the management and we appreciate that they do care and try to enhance things while not raising a price to the average level of Dubai Marina which would be at least 2 times higher.
